Do I need to book online or can I walk in?
Both work. Walk-ins are welcome during clinic hours and you'll be seen in turn. Booking online holds a specific slot for you and skips the wait.
Is the booking deposit refundable?
The ₹300 booking deposit is non-refundable, but it counts toward your treatment fees on the day. If you arrive within 7 days of a previous paid visit, no new deposit is charged.
Do you treat children?
Yes, paediatric cases are handled at the clinic. We have a separate child-friendly area in the waiting room.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, UPI (any app), debit/credit cards, and online payment for the booking deposit. Receipts are provided for every payment.
Do you offer emergency appointments?
We try to fit dental emergencies (severe pain, trauma) into the same day where possible. Call us first and we'll let you know.
